  1. Standard Store cuboard ingredients for most Indians nice….my twist burn a piece of coal drop some ghee over it in a separate small pan the drip in the curry cover it and let the smoke do it’s magic then remove the pan after 5-10 mins..

  2. This is the best recipe on all of internet for the most delicious butter chicken ever. I have made this a hundred times and I have mad eother ones nothing comes close to this. I have been commended and praised for this like crazy

  3. So I wanted to try this recipe for a long time. I couldn't find Kashmirri chilli so I used a regular one. The dish turned out to be too hot, it was difficult to eat. But aside from that the butter sauce looked like in the video. It certainly had an interesting taste (from what I could feel through the hotness).

  4. Original butter chicken doesn’t use that much cream actually. The creaminess comes from butter and cashew nuts. The color comes from tomatoes mostly. Of course people can make it any way they want but this isn’t an authentic butter chicken from India that Indian chefs make. It’s westernized version of very heavy cream rich butter chicken.

  5. Hey Jamie, please note this NOT authentic version of butter chicken. Butter chicken originated in Delhi- Called Dilli wala Butter chicken (from Delhi). Sorry This is no where even close, twisted version of butter chicken
