Butter Garlic Chicken Recipe | Chicken in Garlic Butter Sauce
Butter Garlic Chicken
Part 1 โ Marination & Frying
Ingredients:
250g Chicken Thighs (cut into smaller pieces) ๐
1/2 tsp Salt ๐ง
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder โซ
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour ๐พ
2 tbsp Oil ๐ข๏ธ
Method:
1. Marinate chicken thighs with salt & pepper for 15 mins. โฑ๏ธ
2. Add flour and coat chicken well. ๐ฅฃ
3. Shallow fry for 6โ7 mins until golden. ๐ณ
Part 2 โ Butter Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter ๐ง
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic ๐ง
1 tsp All Purpose Flour ๐พ
1/2 cup Water + 1 tsp Chicken Powder OR 1/2 cup Chicken Stock ๐ฒ
1/2 tsp Oregano ๐ฟ
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder โซ
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice ๐
A Pinch of Salt ๐ง
1/2 tsp Sugar ๐ฌ
A little Chopped Parsley ๐ฟ
Method:
1. Melt the butter. ๐ง
2. Add garlic & sautรฉ for a minute. ๐ง
3. Add flour and sautรฉ for a few seconds. ๐พ
4. Add water + chicken powder and bring to a boil. ๐ฅ
5. Add oregano, black pepper, lemon juice, salt & sugar. Mix well. ๐ฅ
6. Add fried chicken & toss well in the sauce. ๐
7. Garnish with chopped parsley. ๐ฟ
