    For Marination:

    Finely chopped garlic – 3 teaspoons

    All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 teaspoons

    Chicken stock – 1 cup (or use water if stock is unavailable)

    Salt – to taste

    Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

    Oregano – ½ teaspoon

    Crushed black pepper – ½ teaspoon

    Chopped parsley – 1 tablespoon (or finely chopped coriander leaves)
