  1. I like cooking flank with a tie and similar to chicken on the grill… beer for hydration and a half onion to keep it tender… season when grilled, very juicy and surprisingly flavorful. People under value a proper cut of flank steak

  2. I've suddenly don't care about meat cutting anymore. Got fired from my job yesterday, first time in 17'years. And I've quit a lotta jobs but never terminated. I've noticed y'all don't have women workering there and that was the problem with this place a female manager and a high school female clerk pretending she's manager. Might cost me my mortgage but fuck em I'll be alright
