    (Buttermilk Chicken)

    📌Note: Bringing back my mom's buttermilk chicken recipe! Made a huge batch this time round for iftar but i'll list down the recipe tailored for 1 kg worth of chicken!

    📝Ingredients
    1kg boneless skin on whole chicken leg
    5 garlic cloves
    4 thai green chili
    3 thai red chili
    1/2 holland onion
    3 stems of curry leaves

    4 heaping tbsp self raising flour
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 tbsp BABAS curry powder
    1/2 tbsp white pepper
    1/2 tbsp black pepper
    2 eggs
    salt

    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    1 tin evaporated milk
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tbsp knorrs chicken powder
    Sliced Cheeses

    Process 🔪🥘
    1) Chop up chicken into small chunks (bite sizes)

    2) Mince up big garlic cloves, thai green and red chilies, onion. Prep 3 stems worth of curry leaves.

    3) In a bowl, Add in self raising flour, cornstarch, BABAS curry powder, white and black pepper, eggs and salt to taste. Mix until well combined.

    4) Fry the meat at medium heat till crispy golden brown. Set aside.

    5) In a pan, melt unsalted butter, Add in aromatics (curry leaf and garlic), Stir well and add in evaporated milk, sugar and knorrs chicken powder. Add in slices of cheese for extra creaminess
