2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Red Bell peppers, diced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp of Cajun Seasoning
3/4 cup of Chicken Stock
1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
Salt, to taste

  1. It’s been 9 years since I first watched your cooking videos back when I was around 18 lol it was the your grandma lasagna recipe btw. You’ve always have nice kitchen but this kitchen is a dream kitchen. I love your videos.

  2. I made this today without several of the ingredients (because of my allergies and I forgot). Instead of heavy cream, I used flour. And I had leftover green bell peppers so I used it along with the red. I did not have tomatoes so I used a bit of tomato paste when sauteing the veggies. This still came out heavenly! I used Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning and it had just the right amount of pepper and flavor. Thanks Laura! 💥🙏

  3. I remember making your old Cajun chicken pasta when the video was first released! We had never used Cajun seasoning before, wasn't really a thing here in Malta so we naturally didn't know how spicy it was! Ended up having to wash off the pasta sauce cause no one could eat their dinner! Much more careful with the seasoning now 🙂 This updated version looks delish!
