Cajun Seafood Boil Recipe π€π¦ | Simple and Delicious Recipes ππ
Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
1 onion large chopped
6 garlic cloves chopped
2 lemons juiced
4 bay leaves
water to cover ingredients
2 lobster tails
1 pound of shrimp
1 pound of Andouille Sausage
4 ears of sweet corn
2 pounds of Red Potatoes, quartered
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add 4 tbsp butter and onions to a pot and cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, Cajun Seasoning, 2 juiced lemons, 4 bay leaves, and water to cover ingredients. Bring water to a boil, add the potatoes and cook them until fork tender and remove from pot.
Add the corn, Andouille Sausage, lobster and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes.
