Calderetang Baboy | Pork Caldereta Recipe



Calderetang baboy is the pork version of the famous Filipino Caldereta dish, usually made of beef meat. Pork Caldereta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kilogram pork belly (cut)
1 cup tomato sauce (original style)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 small red onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 cups water
1 beef broth cube
1⁄2 cup liver spread
2 potato (peeled and cubed)
2 carrot (peeled and cubed)
1 red bell pepper (seeded and dice)
1 red bell pepper (seeded and dice)
1 green bell pepper (seeded and dice)
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
