Where can you buy the kroeung paste?
Omg yess my fav food at our cookouts 😂
Paprika? Lol
My lovely mother in law taught me how to make kroeung paste. I was sweating by the end because she loves to make extra for nom banh chok & many other recipes. It is a blessing to learn the effort that goes into Khmer food. It tastes amazing but many would not understand unless yeay or mteay teaches you. Your recipe is interesting to me because I have not seen paprika. I can understand how it would be used for "warmth" or colour rather than chilies. It looks so yummy! ^_^
