  1. After watching her try to scoop the brownie batter, I wondered if it would be easier to pour the batter into a funnel cake funnel pour. I think that would be much easier. Has anyone made funnel cake batter in a waffle maker? If it isn’t too runny, that might be amazing.

  2. 🤦‍♀️ Doh! How did I not think of that? But you just gave me an idea. I have one of those Dash waffle ice cream bowl makers. Brownie bowls filled with ice cream? Oh, yeah!

BTW, you can make tasty gorditas in a regular waffle iron.
    2 cups instant corn masa
    1 1/3 cup milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Mix together and bake as for waffles.

Top with refried beans, cheese, maybe meat, shredded lettuce, onions, salsa, maybe sour cream, and what have you.

  3. Can you bake brownies in muffin pans? I like the corner pieces (buttered pan), and I’ve always wanted to try making them in a muffin pan to optimize those crisp, buttery edges. Of course, I’m talking about normal-height brownies, not tall ones.

  4. Presto makes a waffle bowl maker as well and I have one. In fact, according to Amazon, I’ve bought one four times! Once for me and three times for friends that HAD to experience it! A brownie waffle bowl is the perfect ware for a few scoops of ice cream!
