  1. Caramel Bun Pudding 🍮 Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    Milk – 400 ml

    Eggs – 2

    Sugar – 4 tbsp

    Pav Buns – 2 (cut into cubes)

    Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

    Cardamom powder – pinch (optional)

    🍮 Soft Bread Pudding (with Buns)

    1. Batter:
    –Blend Bun cubes, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cardamom.

    2. Topping (optional):
    – Drizzle butter, sprinkle dry fruits.

    3. Cook:
    – Steam for 25–30 mins (cover with foil)
    or
    – Bake at 160°C for 35 mins.

    4. Chill:
    – Cool for 10 mins, refrigerate for 2 hrs.
    – Slice and serve soft & delicious!
