To me, carbonara with cream is only an option for those who are allergic to eggs. I sometimes make it for my friend who is allergic to it, but it has nothing to do with real carbonara.
When people put cream in fettuccine Alfredo – it’s drives me crazy, they don’t realize that the pasta water, butter and fresh, grated Parmesan cheese emulsifies and creates the creamy sauce
Love your brother’s hoodie!

When am I gonna meet you, Pasta Queen?

I have learned so much from you and I am very grateful. When I go to a restaurant and the menu has Carbonara with cream sauce, I am so disappointed. You are the Pasta Queen indeed. 😍
I made this recipe and it was super good. But once it was on the plate it kind of became grainy?
The taste was still 10/10, but I’m not sure what I did wrong with the texture.
