Notice the chosen dish (the circular dish that she smashes peppercorn in) while she says Pasta God's. It is spiritual. And not of God. I make this at least once every 4 months, and it's only because I love to cook a variety of things. Either way, Pasta God's and the simplicity of this recipe baffles me. Like most of her" recipes. But then again, I kill my own meat.
