Caribbean Style Mahi Recipe | Pineapple & Fish Recipe @CHRISTINE’S WORLD SPICE
Full Recipe
Dice your bell peppers and pineapple and place them in a bowl together.
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1-2 slices of pineapples
Season your fish
2 Mahi Fish
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder for each fish
1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt for each fish
Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter to a medium high heat pan. Let the butter melt before adding the fish. Cook on each side of thawed for 5 minutes including the sides for 2-3 minutes. Turn your stove down to simmer.
Sauce Ingredients
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon of vinegar wine (or just vinegar)
1 tablespoon of ground mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
3-4 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of pepper flakes
Stir your mixture. Add your pineapple and bell peppers to a medium high heat and stir every 2 minutes. Cook for about 7 minutes then add the teriyaki sauce mixture to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Boil you some rice. Plate your rice then the fish and lastly your sauce and ENJOY!!!
