I recently made my husband’s favorite Carlota de Limon and lots of you asked for the Peach flavor so here it is, Carlota de Durazno 😋 If you like light desserts that don’t take a whole lot of time to prepare, then this is the treat for you, no baking needed 🥰
CARLOTA DE DURAZNO INGREDIENTS:
► 1 lb. of canned peaches (don’t use the syrup)
► 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
► 1 can of evaporated milk
► 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
► Juice of 4 limes.
► Galletas Marias (used about 2 packages)
► Garnish with more peaches (optional)

► 8 oz de queso crema a temperatura ambiente
► 1 lata de leche evaporada
► 1 lata de leche condensada azucarada
► Jugo de 4 limas.
► Galletas Marías (usadas alrededor de 2 paquetes)
► Adorne con más duraznos (opcional)
