Ingredients:
5-6lbs of pork shoulder cut into chunks 8 cups Manteca/lardAdd pork to hot Manteca.

Cook for 1hr on medium, stirring occasionally.

After 1hr add:
1/2 onion
1 head of garlic cut in half (it’s ok to leave skin!)
Juice of 1 whole orange plus the skin and pulp
3 bay leaves
1 cup of coke
1/2 cup of water mixed with 1tbps of salt

Stir and cook for 1 more hour. Stir occasionally and let cook until meat is browned.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
