My Carnivore Must-Haves:

Ingredients:
½ cup pork rinds (
½ lb ground beef
3 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
2 oz cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream (for sauce or dipping)
½ cup heavy cream

Make the Chips:
Option 1 – Pork Rind Chips (Air Fryer)
Set air fryer to 400°F.
Cook pork rinds 3–5 minutes, watching closely.
When they start to pop, wait about 10 seconds, then open — they’re done when fluffy and crisp.
Option 2 – Cheese Chips (Oven)
Use ¼ cup shredded cheddar per chip — make as many as you like.
Place each pile on parchment paper and bake at 350°F for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cheese Sauce:
Set a pan on low heat and spread the cream cheese around the bottom to lightly coat the surface.
Slowly add your shredded cheese, then pour in a little heavy cream and mix as it melts.
Keep adding cheese a bit at a time, letting it melt before adding more.
Slowly pour in the rest of the heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Add the sour cream, mix it all together, and boom—perfect cheese sauce!

Oven:
Preheat to 400°F.
Cook ground beef with salt and optional seasonings.
Spread pork rinds on a tray, top with beef, bacon, and cheese sauce (or extra cheese).
Bake 5–7 min until melted and crisp.
