Carnivore Pasta! Ready in 20 Minutes



This is one of the easiest pasta recipes and takes 20 minutes to make. I adapted an old pasta recipe as so many friends are doing carnivore.

Nutritional Information for the Whole Recipe:
Cal: 642 | Net Carbs: 3.3g | Fiber: 0g | Total Carbs: 3.3g | Fat: 52g | Protein: 39g

Ingredients:
150g/ 3 Eggs
40g/ 1/3 cup Finely grated Parmesan
60g Cream Cheese
3g/ 1 tsp Gelatine
1 tsp Butter, melted

  1. Ohhh nice one Mel. Will have to try this one! Love parmesan cheese (I eat it straight out the pack on a spoon lol), so a parmy cheesy taste will suit me just fine!! Of course, I have all ingredients but the cream cheese haha. If I use water, how much water should I use? Is the texture the same?

  2. Mel, please don't cut silicone mates. This was a response to that question on an Amazon post.
    "The included directions for cleaning and storage state:

    – DO NOT cut or use sharp objects on the mat.

    – NEVER use a cut or torn mat! If the mat becomes torn or cut, it cannot be used and must be replaced.

    – Constructed of FDA approved silicone, reinforced with fiber-glass weave.

    – Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 480°F (249°C)."
