  1. Y'all sure make it look easy and delicious! Simple mop sauce and has so much flavor! The boudin snack looks good too! Hey Rus, that set up you and Derrick have is awesome! I want one of those sandwiches for breakfast now! Great work Gentlemen! Have a great weekend!

  2. That pork shoulder looks fantastic and delicious y'all! I've never had or made the Carolina rub/sauce before but I believe I will be giving it a try. Looks delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe!!

  3. My dad had a friend who had a big pig roast (skin on) party every summer. It was slow cooked on a rotisserie over a fire the night before. I've had pigs skinned in the ground, smoked, cooked in a propane cooker etc. The very best pig roast I've ever tasted by far was on that rotisserie.

  4. Oh my goodness Rus, right when you said your mouth was officially watering, mine started to too! That pork shoulder looks absolutely delicious! Thank you Derrick for putting your rub recipe and mop sauce below. I don't think I've ever seen a pork shoulder around here with the skin on it, but I have got to try this with a butt or some cut of pork soon!
