I had one of these jump into my boat this labor day weekend in Louisiana i was so curious when we got back home i stumbled onto this video so i fileted it and put a small serving size piece in a pan w a little pecon oil, butter and some cajun spices. The result completely surprised me i am a fish conasure i have eaten lots of different kinds of fish. This fish was surprisingly not a fishey tasting at all it ranked high on my tast buds and i ate every bit of what i cooked. My wife who never eats fish and literary despises eating fish saw how delighted and surprised i was at my dish she even tried a small piece and she said she liked it too…. after 34 years of marriage i was completely blown away w her reaction to the flavor. The only one draw back was dealing w the bones but because i understand how 95% of the rest of the world eats fish it was a non issue for me. Clean pure protein free and for the taking it literally jumps into the boat all by itself your gona bet im eating this fish and allot off it too.
