Ingredients:

Carrots – 5 cup grated
Milk – 2.5 cup
Sugar – 1+ 1/4 cup
Ghee – 7 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 4-5 (skin removed powdered along with 1/2 tsp sugar)
Cashew nuts – 10, broken
Raisins – 30
