Always been a big fan of all the America's test kitchen books but your channel needs different talent and direction. I have never made a Bon Appetit recipe but their videos are just so much better. It's not even close. Just saying. You guys are starting with material that is based on extensive testing. Maybe speak to that, dive in deeper into the actual process on how you came to the recipe and the whys on ingredients. That is what sets you apart.

I’m with you on the whole cauliflower being a better fried vehicle for spicy sauce than chicken wings, but let me be clear on another issue: Buffalo sauce is really a second or third rate spicy condiment to be putting on fried snacks, not to mention fried cauliflower. We live in a world where Gobi Manchurian already exists. Why would we suffer through eating a simulacrum of a dish invented by well intentioned cooks in a frigid food desert in Upstate New York, when we can indulge in one of the greatest natural fusions of two ancient cuisines, Chinese and Indian?
Why do they keep saying "cauleyflower"? It sounds like they're struggling with reading the word for the first time, but every time they say it

To get most ATK recipes, you at least must agree to a trial membership and provide a credit card number. I won't do that and subscribing to their email newsletter won't give you give access to their recipes.There's really no free lunch. I sometimes DVR the show on PBS and handwrite a recipe that interests me.

I LOVE Buffalo cauliflower. And I love traditional Buffalo wings. They both taste great. I just hate when people call them cauliflower wings. They are not wings. They are what they are. Delicious but not wings!
