  1. PEAS-TOW?? My family is freaking out! We love, love, love you and watch you all together. My husband even regularly tells me he's leaving me if Julia ever shows up at the door. But in watching Season 20, Ep. 19 on Create, we hear "peas-tow"?! We were so confused until we watch you make pesto (peh-stow). We even went on-line to see how to pronounce it (even checked Italian pronouncement) and, yikes, you were pronouncing it so oddly. Is that a New England thing? Still loving you but shaking our heads.

  2. Well that is interesting. Cauliflower is marketed as a good source of fiber but it is actually low in dietary fiber. Perhaps an example we must feed the healthful forms of gut bacteria what they prefer to eat.

  4. 0:50 – Jack Bishop is talking about the recipe in a voice over stating that there is "Zero! Zero dairy in this recipe." Except that the page at that time mark shows the recipe requiring 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Unsalted butter IS dairy, Jack!

  5. I need to make this recipe … yum. Are there new recipes in this cookbook? What is the reasons to buy this cookbook? Need more info to buy since I just bought the 2001 – 2019 season ATK TV Show and Cook's Country 11th Cookbooks .
