Refreshing Radiance Juice

1 lime, skin removed
1 grapefruit, skin removed
2 celery stalks, (2 whole bunches, not the individual ribs)
2 apples
1 to 2-inch pieces of ginger

Servings: 35 oz

*Tips:
Feel free to substitute the celery for coconut water, or cucumbers. Also, throw in some spinach as well!

To restore and maintain healthy intestinal flora after an enema, remember to eat plenty of both prebiotic and probiotic foods, as together they will best help balance the good and bad gut bacteria. Also, consider soil microbes from your fruits, veggies, and herbs that are picked fresh from your garden, if possible. As well as superfoods such as green powders to your regimen after doing an enema at home or in a facility.

Instructions:
Wash your fruits and vegetables. Follow your manufacturer’s instructions for your juicer. Place your lovely living foods into your juicer. Strain your lovely nourishing juice, and put that bad boy on some ice, if that is your preference. Be joyful for honoring your Divine Temple with living nourishment!
