for the ramen egg it's better to put them in a bowl with a paper towel on top so it doesn't get white spots

Hi. Is there anything else you can use instead of food sake? It is impossible to find in Sweden. I can't find the Chinese alternative you gave on you're website either. Will the pork still turn out good if you don't use it?

Hi, you asked for a better way to not spoil the oil all around.
I Made my chashu today without any oil. The Pork is so fatty, it doesnt need extra oil. 🙂
