*Carbs- 3 grams
*Fats- 24 grams

Ingredients: Corned beef, 2 whole eggs, chopped onions, parsley flakes, Mrs. Dash Italian Medley, ground black pepper.

  1. That’s cheap and truely works if you training hard.The body takes what it needs and burns the rest.When I was a student I got lean training and cheap food coz I couldn’t afford the supplements😉

  2. It is super tasty and it is a cheap way, but it comes with a cost…..not something you want to eat on the regular. And you shouldn't mix eggs with anything that has saturated fat on the regular. Can produce serious health issues. Mainly clogged arteries/heart disease. I just started training with an ex bodybuilder and I noticed eggs were even on my diet but some beef was. Asked why and she explained. Then I did my own research. 😢 I am finding other ways to build muscle without eating red meat on the regular basis. Not good. And my mother just passed away from cancer. So I will figure it out 🤷‍♀️
