Easy solution: just call it plant based or vegan mince. It's just like saying vegan sausages or meatballs. It's not like you'd say "vegan pork sausage"

I love making a big batch of a "meaty" substitute like this to use throughout the week tbh! Cheap, easy and versatile, plus an excellent source of protein with no animal abuse <3
This is the same "meat" used for alot of microwave dinners, especially the cheap Banquet ones. The only reason those aren't vegan is because they use animal stock to flavor the TVP lol
