  2. Hate to burst ur bubble but cooking with aluminium and the black coating of Teflon has very serious health consequences, Google those issues. Only cook with stainless steel and no coating. Just a heads up, love ur videos.

  3. Very nice video dear. I love the sour taste of the Sinigang soup. I bought many Sinigang seasoning packets when I was in Cebu last month. Looking forward to making it here in Dallas. I always enjoy seeing you and your families everyday life experiences. It is my favorite reality show. Haha. Looking forward to your Mindanao videos when you return home. 😊

  4. My goodness….did I just see you whacking that crab with knife handle and holding the knife by the blade to do so?…..yikes!!

This was a very nice cooking video. I was ready to eat at the end!

Your sis seems very traditional, and anti-camera. And she is right! It was awesome to see you cook the shrimp and crab, but not necessary to see you eat it. Don't want to freak people out.

Thank you very much for the video!

  5. Colocasia esculente is called "taro." It's a root vegetable. . . . similar to a sweet potato, but more coarse and denser. It's very common throughout the world – in cooking. It's known for absorbing the flavors it's cooked in or with and its high fiber content. Taro leaves are also edible.
