How to make a sweet and cheesy Cheese Streusel Bread.
This recipe yields 16 pieces cheese bread.

1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2/3 cup all purpose flour (40g)
2/3 cup powdered milk (40g)
1/2 cup softened salted butter (110g)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 whole egg
3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2¼ tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)

Ingredientes de masa:
1 taza de leche fresca (250 ml)
1 huevo entero
3½ tazas de harina para todo uso (437 g)
1/4 taza de azúcar (50 g)
2¼ cucharadita de levadura instantánea (6 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
1/4 taza de mantequilla (55 g)
OVEN – Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specification. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST – Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
MILK- you can use fresh milk, UHT milk or evap milk, lukewarm or room temp.

Why does it say to cut dough and make 16 balls but there are only 12 on your tray?!
FYI the amount of flour for the streussel is wayyyy off. 40 grams is too little, parang cookie dough lang ang streussel nito. Took me about 125g (1 cup) of APF para maging crumbly yung texture nya.
That being said, I use your dough recipe for all sweet breads! Milk bread, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, you name it!!
Tip for first timers who'll use this bread recipe: DON'T ADD ANY ADDITIONAL FLOUR. The dough will really be sticky and greasy at first. 10-12 minutes kneading time is all you need then perform the windowpane test. 😊
What to do with the left over streusel?
I made them today but I stuffed each roll with mozzarella cheese and my family loved them so much, thank you for the recipe!
