Ingredients

Mozzarella Cheese – 200 Gms
Oil For Deep Frying

To Make Batter
Maida – 3/4 Cup
Corn Flour – 1/4 Cup
Pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Water

For Bread crumbs seasoning
Bread Crumbs
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp

Method:

1.Take bread crumbs in a bowl and add salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes to it. Mix it all and keep aside.
2. Take Maida, corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
3. Mix well and add water. Mix again. Keep the mixture aside.
4. Cut the mozarella cheese into thin strips and keep aside.
5. Now take each cheese strip and dip in maida mixture first, then coat with bread crumbs.
6. For the second layer, again dip the coated strips into the maida mixture and coat it finally with bread crumbs.
7. Keep the cheese strips coated and then heat some oil in a kadai for deep frying.
8. Once the oil is heated up, gently drop in the coated cheese strips.
9. Fry the strips until they are golden brown on all sides and remove them from the oil.
10. Garnish with fresh herbs and seasoning.
11. Yummy mozarella cheese sticks are ready to be served hot with some tomato ketchup by the side.
