good job finishing the steak with a little cheese sauce. when cooked in the sauce for about 45 seconds or so the steak absorbs the sauce instead of it just coating. allways do this when making pasta. its refered to as finishing the pasta. for a good 1 minute referral video search spaghetti scene sopranos.
I had a cheese steak once with grilled onions and green bell peppers and topped with a little bit of tangy banana peppers… Whoa! I will never forget that for as long as I live. 🤤

You need grilled onions for sure. And mushrooms if you like them also. Without onions or mushrooms it's not a real cheese steak. Lacking!
