For the Chicken Mixture:
• 500g chicken mince
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

Spice Mix:
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp red chili flakes
• 1 tbsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder

For the Sauce Mix:
• 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
• 3-4 tbsp chili sauce
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp mustard sauce
• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• ½ bottle pizza sauce
• 1 tsp oregano leaves

For the White Sauce:
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
• 1 liter milk
• 1 tbsp oregano powder
• 1 pack cream

For the Pasta:
• Boiled long macaroni pasta

For the Cheese:
• Mozzarella cheese (as needed)
• Cheddar cheese (as needed)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken Mixture
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until soft.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
4. Add the chicken mince and cook until it changes color.
5. Mix in the spice mix and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Pour in the sauce mix and let everything cook together until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the White Sauce
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the all-purpose flour. Stir continuously until it forms a smooth paste.
2. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
3. Add oregano powder and let the sauce thicken slightly.
4. Stir in the cream and mix well. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Bake
1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
2. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
