Cheesy Garlic Bread Made with Homemade Ciabatta | Full Recipe

🔥Ciabatta Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 350 ml warm water
• 2 tsp yeast
• 50 ml olive oil
• 450 g all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp salt

Instructions:
1️⃣In a rectangular dish (mine is 33 x 23 x 5 cm), combine all the ingredients. Use a spatula to mix until you get a sticky dough.
cover the dish and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until it starts to rise.
2️⃣First fold:
Wet your hands to prevent sticking and fold the edges over all the way around, cover the dough again and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3️⃣Second fold:
After the second rise, wet your hands again and fold the edges into the center all around, cover and let the dough rest for the final rise 45 minutes.
4️⃣ Generously dust a clean surface and the top of the dough with flour. Carefully turn the dish upside down onto the floured surface.
*Allow the dough to settle and fall out naturally — this may take a couple of minutes, then gently lift off the pan.
Dust the top of the dough and your cutting tools with more flour to prevent sticking, carefully cut the dough into 6 smaller rectangles.
5️⃣ Transfer the pieces to a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper, let them rest for 15 minutes.
meanwhile, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) .
Bake the ciabatta for 15–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, depending on how crunchy you like the crust.
Let the bread cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your fresh, homemade ciabatta!

🔥Garlic Cheese Bread
Note: The ingredient quantities will depend on the size of your bread, so feel free to adjust as needed

Ingredients:
• Ciabatta bread
• Garlic bulbs
• Olive oil
• Salt and black pepper
• Softened butter
• Fresh Parsley or parsley flakes
• Dried or fresh rosemary
• One or two types of cheese (such as sliced cheese, shredded mozzarella, or Parmesan)

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs and place them on a sheet of foil. Drizzle generously with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Wrap the garlic tightly in the foil and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the cloves are golden and caramelized. Allow to cool.
• Once cooled, squeeze the garlic into a bowl. Add the softened butter, parsley flakes, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
• Slice your bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over both halves.
• Top with your chosen cheese(s), sprinkle a little extra black pepper, and bake (or grill/broil) at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crispy. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning!
• Once done, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
