They make it look so easy on ATK, I don't always appreciate the expertise. But, here, Julia's absolute mastery of making & handling that galette dough was captured beautifully by some skillful camera work. Kudos and respect to all involved!
This recipe is making me wish I liked mushrooms, LOL! Glad it's a while till Thanksgiving – it gives me time to come up with an alternate savory filling. This will make a perfect side dish for a small gathering! I love how Julia explains how to make the pastry: un-intimidating.🙂
