  1. You always have great tips, Julia! And watching you fold the dough with your bench scraper! Why have I never done this before. I am going to make this dough and THEN figure what I want to make with it this weekend because it looks like a new use up your leftovers and clean out fridge gamechanger, as well as the elegant dish you just made.
