Simple and delicious Filipino Cheesy Pork Hamonado Roll. Perfect for special occasion or Holiday dish. Try it and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 4 pcs hamonado rolls

– 2 kg pork shoulder or pork butt ( pigue ), sliced hamonado style
– salt and ground black pepper
– 3 cups pineapple juice
– 1 cup brown sugar, adjust according to your preference
– lea and perrins worcestershire sauce, a few drops
– 1 tsp salt

FOR THE FILLING:
– 4 pcs hotdogs
– 5 pcs cheese sticks
– 1 large carrots, cut into 4 pcs sticks

– cooking twine, for tying the hamonado rolls
– cooking oil
– 1 can ( 140g ) pineapple tidbits, including the juice
– 1/4 cup shredded cheese
– water if needed
