This recipe is so simple and easy to make…tastes great with beef gravy too!! A great meal in a hurry!

INGREDIENTS:

2-lbs- Ground Beef

1/2- Onion Diced

1/2- Green Pepper Diced

1- Egg

1- Cup of Breadcrumbs

14 oz.-Shredded Cheddar Cheese

4-Large Potatoes

10×4 baking pan..or (13×9)

Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350…

Place your ground beef in a large bowl….

Place your diced onions and diced peppers in same bowl…

Add your one egg….

Add bread Crumbs….

Mix until well combined….

Once combined well….Take your ground beef and form it into your 9X13 pan…bottom and sides….. Leaving the middle hollow to fill with your potatoes… Place enough ground beef mixture off to the side to cover the top….

Once you formed your ground beef….Salt and Pepper…

Peel and slice your uncooked potatoes on a mandolin and cut your potatoes about 1/4 thick….

Place your Sliced Potatoes in the hollowed out section of your Ground Beef….

Salt and Pepper each layer…

Place some Shreddded Cheese on top of your Potatoes….

Keep repeating until out of Potatoes and Cheese…..

Once you placed your last layer of Potatoes and Cheese…..

Place the Ground Beef Mixture you had off to the side to cover the top….

Slat and Pepper….

Place This Casserole in your 350 Degree Oven for two hours or until the Ground Beef has a nice Golden Crust on top……

Goes great with Beef Gravy
