The spinach stems have lots of flavor and are nutritious also. Don’t get rid of them!! I’m surprised you suggested to get rid of them. For shame!! 😊

This is fantastic! Quick tip—-clean your baby spinach(stems)—-place in a freezer bag/freezer.(remove as much of the air) Next day—thaw (ring out)—and it's ready for the mixture! Chops nicely😄
