Ignoring the heavy metals. You're not supposed to eat high amount of polyunsaturated fats, that includes Omegas 3s. Pasture raised grazing ruminants, which is the same as wild game-meat, contain enough O3s but still mostly saturated fats. These are the animals we evolved eating and to eat.
Farmed Salmon is toxic as hell. I eat fresh sea fish, caught in the ocean. 90% of fish farms are too densely populated and cause massive environmental issues.
you absorb what you need the rest goes out of your system anyway, that's why eggs are more efficient 🙂
And you would've to eat 1000000 snicker bars and still not reach that amount of omega 3
Or just buy OMEGA 3 supps? 😀

Eggs aren't high in omega. Nobody claims they are.
No Omega 3 in farmed salmon.
cuz it tastes good?
"go to the natural source"
You might want to sit down before I tell you where eggs come from…
Waw thats like 1 pill of omega 3.
and you have to eat 3 rusty screws too for the same amount of heavy metals in there 🙂
no thanks i dont see a reason to eat animals anymore i stick to my vegan diet
No thanks
Or maybe some seaweed would contain 10x more omega 3 than any fish.
There are so many problems with that' statement.
His so blown away by that fact he has to stop what his doing and digest that statement 😂
would be awesome if stuff wasnt stupid expensive

and good doss of heavy metals
I can eat a whole King salmon in one day! Raw/smoked are the only ways I eat salmon.
That’s why I love fish 🙂
Well I've read that if it's farmed salmon, they've pumped it full of antibiotics and antiparasitic serums.
If it's wild hopefully it's fully wild and hasn't been from a hatchery.
Personally, I don't eat salmon any longer, both for my health and the health of the endangered wild stocks.
