Hình như món này giống với khâu nhục của người Tày mà mình đã từng xem qua ở kênh Sản Vật Việt Nam. Mình rất bất ngờ và muốn thử. Qua đây lại được xem thêm cách chế biến hấp dẫn, mới lạ. Chắc chắn sẽ tới Lạng Sơn nếm qua khâu nhục.
