Bro, authentic Karavali style ghee roastil thakkali alla, puli (tamarind) aanu cherthu araykkarullath. Mathramalla, ginger cherkilla. It's just garlic, roasted fenugreek, roasted coriander seeds, curry leaves, shallots and soaked chillies. Also, try to use byadgi chillies which would give the distinct flavour. Anyways, good try ❤
