Chicken Alfredo Pasta Ingredients –
3 tbsp Olive Oil
150 gm Boneless Chicken (marinated with minced Ginger, Salt, Pepper)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp of Garlic (finely chopped)
1½ cup Mushrooms (chopped)
1 and 1/4 cup Country Delight Buffalo Milk
2-3 tbsp of Cheese
150 gms Pasta (boiled in heavily Salted water)
Salt (as per taste)
Black Pepper (as per taste)
Parsley (chopped)

Fettuccine Alfredo or fettuccine al burro is an Italian pasta dish of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
