In this recipe chicken is mixed and cooked with vegetables like cauliflower, carrot, capsicum and green peas. This is not only tasty but a healthy recipe.
Ingredients
half cauliflower
2 carrots
half cup green peas
1 big capsicum
100 grams french beans
100 grams chicken
2 tbsp ginger and garlic (chopped)
2 onions (sliced)
Soya sauce (required)
1 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Water as required

I would normally try to avoid being in the same room as a vegetable let alone eat one but I may just make an exception here as you have cooked them in such a way that they actually look very appetising to me! That is a great achievement! 🙂
