Chicken & Rice ๐Ÿคค

2 lbs chicken thighs
Season with:
1/2 tsp cardamom, all spice
1 tsp paprika, turmeric
Salt to taste
1 lemon
2 Tbsp oil of choice
1.5 cups basmati rice
Add chicken stock amount according to the rice packet direction
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 onion & bell pepper
1 Serrano or jalapeรฑo
3-4 cloves minced garlic

Seasonings: 1/2 tsp all spice, cardamom
1 tsp turmeric, paprika
Salt to taste (depending on how salty stock is)

Top with diced cucumbers and tomatoes that are tossed with a bit of oil, lemon juice, and salt

  2. The way of using rice is not approved. This way urea will still remain. We wash rice THREE TIMES and then boil it to remove urea from rice. The recipe might be tasty but it's slow poisoning.
