Chicken Angara Recipe | चिकन अंगारा रेसिपी | Restaurant Style Chicken Angara With Secret Masala
Chicken Angara gets it’s name from the smoky aroma and flavour of the gravy that makes it unique from other chicken gravy curries. Chicken Angara is lightly spiced and the trick to the smoky flavour is the infusion of coal smoke in the marinade and curry by pouring ghee on a burning piece of charcoal.
Masala Ingredients:-
1 Tbsp Whole Coriander
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
1 Inch Maice
1 Star Anise
3 Whole Red Chilli
10 Cashew Nuts
10 Almonds Nuts
Ingredients:-
500 Gr Chicken
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
200 Gr Tomatoes
3 Brown Onion
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Salt
150 Gr Curd
1 Handful Green Coriander
100 Gr Oil
Charcoal As Per Required
