Today in our village, we cook Chicken Barbeque Recipe using country chicken. Normally people use broiler chicken to make BBQ or Grilled Chicken but don’t use country chicken. Because country chicken meat is rougher so it’s hard to cook easily.

But today we use country chicken and we marinate well with curd and also we take long time cook BBQ to make the chicken fully cooked.

Finally, the taste of chicken and aroma is.. delicious!
