    Chicken – 500 gm
    Salt – as required
    Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
    Black Pepper Powder – 1½tsp
    Fennel Powder – 1 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
    Yoghurt – ⅓ cup

    Oil – for frying

    Whole Coriander – ¼ cup
    Pepper Corns – 2½ tbsp
    Cardamom – 4 nos
    Cloves – 4 nos

    Oil – 3 tbsp

    Garlic – 2 cloves (grated)
    Ginger- 2 tsp (grated)
    Onion – 2 nos (chopped)
    Salt – as required

    Water – ½ cup

    Coriander Leaves
    Green Chilli – 3 nos(slitted)
    Tomato – 1 nos (sliced)
