To all the non veg foodies, make this simple supertasty spicy chicken quickly. Have it with roti or naan or paratha or you can have it as a starter.
It is great recipe for weight watchers too. No extra fats and I have used the most common available ingredients at home. Do try it yourself and let me know your views on it.

Ingedients:
Chicken,
ginger garlic coriander paste,
cumin seeds,
black pepper,
salt,
lemon juice,
little ghee /oil

Preparation:
1. Make a coarse paste of ginger , garlic and coriander leaves
2. In a bowl, take 500 gm washed and cleaned chicken
3. To the chicken, add the paste from step 1.
4. Add salt
5. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice
6. Mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes
7. In those 10 minutes, roast a teaspoon of cumin seeds and whole black pepper
8. After it is roasted and gets cooled down, add to a mixer and make a powder
9. In a pan, add a teaspoon on ghee,
10. When the ghee becomes hot, add the marinated chicken
11. Mix it well and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes
