Today’s recipe is another ramzan special Recipe.
Very Delicious Chicken bread pockets Recipe.

INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
250 gm boneless cubed chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 lemon juice

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger Garlic paste

FOR Stuffing
1 chopped onion
1/2 thinly sliced capsicum
1 cup sliced cabbage
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp chilli sauce (Optional)

FOR SLURRY
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Water as needed

Oil for frying

7-8 bread slices

Bread crumbs as needed

METHOD:
• First marinate the chicken with all the listed Ingredients for 30 mins.
• Heat up a pan with oil, add ginger Garlic paste and saute for few seconds, Now add the marinated chicken and fry for few seconds.
• Add little bit of water, cover & Cook for 15-20 min.
• After 20 min Shred the chicken with the help of spoon.
• Now for the final filling, In a bowl add all the Veggies, spices, sauces along with shredded chicken and mix them well.
• For the slurry Add all the listed ingredients in all purpose and mix them by adding water and make a Slurry.
• Now take 2 bread slices, roll it and cut into circle with a cutter and dip it in the slurry and coat in bread crumbs nicely and Drop in preheated oil.
• Fry for 4-5 min till golden and crispy.
• Now cut in equal half and fill the filling well , and our Delicious Chicken bread pockets are ready.
