  1. Mine differs by way of having it in thirds. Chicken fried halfway, sauce, then veggies sauteed. When sauce is done to taste, I add chicken, then reduce for an hour. Then I add my sauteed veggies last, then simmer for 15min.
    I serve with rice of my preferred garlic mashed potatoes 😋

Leftover Puttanesca sauce, some tomatoes and peppers from the garden I fire roasted and skinned first (I hate skins on peppers) and herbs from garden.
