Ingredients:

For the Mixture

1 medium onion
6–7 garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
4 green chillies
8–10 mint leaves
A handful of coriander leaves
1 small slice of bread (tear into pieces)
300 g boneless chicken
½ lemon (juice)
tsp butter or refined oil
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste

For stuffing:

Cheese slice or shredded mozzarella
3 tsp oil for frying

Steps-

Step 1. Grind veggies: In a chopper, add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, mint, coriander, and bread piece. Grind coarsely.

Step 2. Add chicken & spices: Add boneless chicken, lemon juice, butter/oil, chaat masala, red chilli, chilli flakes, cumin powder, and salt.
Grind again into a smooth mixture.

Step 3. Shape: Take a small portion, flatten it, place cheese in the center, and roll it into a kebab shape.

Step 4. Fry: Heat oil and fry kebabs on medium flame for 5–6 minutes till golden brown.

Step 5. Serve: Drain on tissue and enjoy with chutney or sauce.
